1. Q: Are you factory or trading company?

 

A: We are factory. 

 

2. Q: How to confirm the machine model which I want?

 

A: First of all, you need to provide the profile drawing for us. After that we are able to confirm what you need and provide you corresponding models and related standard parameters for your reference.

 

3. Q: Do you have CE certificate?

   

A: Yes, we have not only CE certificate but also ISO, SGS, etc.

 

4. Q: How long is your delivery time?

   

A: Usually the delivery time is about 40-70 days after the payment is confirmed, mostly depending on customers' requirements of the machine. If customers need to customize the machine as requirement, the producing time will be longer.

 

5. Q: How long can you guarantee for your products?

 

A: Our products have one year warranty. During the warranty period, we will send out replacement parts for those parts that have been damaged due to quality issues. We also offer customers a lifetime service. Any question will be responded within 24 hours by email, Skype, phone call, Whatsup or WeChat.

 

6. Q: How long can a machine last?

 

A: At least 10 years with good maintenance, changed consumable parts periodically.

 

7. Q: How is the quality of your products?

 

A: Quality is perfectly fine. Since we started this business 15 years ago, we have received much good feedback from different countries. Some of our customers use our machine over 10 years. And every product will be tested piece by piece before delivery.

 

8. Q: Is there any packing protection outside machine?

   

A: Yes. All our machines will be packed with dust and waterproof. Make sure they can be reinforced after loading to fully meet export packaging standards.

 

9. Q: Can you show me how to install the machine?

   

A: Yes. And we will provide the production specification of the machine and the video for you to help you start using the machine as soon as possible. And our engineers are ready to help you install machines overseas.

 

10. Q: Which parts are included in the machine?

 

A: It depends on the machine. Different machines have different configurations.

   

11. Q: What about the payment term?

 

A: Mostly 30% T/T in advance as deposit, 70% T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight when machine is finished.
