A: We can help you contact the delivery, but the shipping cost and other expenses require the buyer to bear it.

 

3. Q: How to provide warranty services for used machines?

 

A: Before delivery, we will check the condition of the machine online and evaluate the service life of the machine for seller. If the machine needs repair, we will send a new replacement of damaged parts to the buyer and help to replace them. Our warranty service, promise to replace the damaged accessories free of charge, including the:

1) Electric Appliance Fittings (button, limit switch, transfer switch, minitype relay, minitype relay plugboard, emergency stop button).
