It is well known that roofing steel sheet and roofing shingles have been the most modern material to replace traditional cement and concrete materials, which can be used in many areas. The advantages of these products can save material and installation costs.

To avoid damage to the sheets during loading and transportation, we suggest some common strong packing methods for your reference.

The sheets can be cut into different lengths according to your requirements. A problem that  Longer sheets will face is loading, we suggest using an additional supporting device to help lift the leaves with a crank, and the sides should be protected to prevent them from deforming. And for the common size of the sheets, refer to the following sketch for a detailed reference.

 

 

From the sketch above, maybe you noticed the one in the center, we mix by loading the steel coils and corrugated sheets, in this method, you can save more on the cost of freight. But please note that the length of the sheets cannot exceed the exact limit of the container, we usually use 20' containers to load reels and corrugated sheets instead of the 40' and 40' HQ containers. Because the loading capacity of the container is based on the weight of the limitation. Normally, a 20' container can load 20 to 23 metric tons and 40' containers as well, but the load of the 40' container may be twice the 20' container. Except that you need longer sheets, we suggest you define the length of your sheets below the 20' container length limitation.
