1) Galvanized steel coils

Our galvanized steel coil products range from 0.12mm to 1.2mm. Normally, the width covers 914 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm and 1219 mm. When ordering any width, please refer to the related documents with the terminal user to avoid any error in ordering. Zinc coating is one of the most important elements for galvanized steel coils. Normally, in the market, the most sold products, the zinc coating is between 60g/sqm and 180g/sqm, but we can produce the coils according to your demands, for example, if you need the zinc coating should be 275g/sqm, you can just inform us of the specifications when you send your enquiry. For different usages, you may need the different specifications of them, clearer information will help us to provide you with more suitable products. The inner diameter of the coils of our products is 508 mm. We use sea-safe packaging as the normal packaging method to avoid damage during transportation (for more information on packaging and transportation, CLICK HERE).

2) Pre-painted galvanized steel coil (colour coated steel coil)

Actually, pre-painted galvanized steel coil is an extension of galvanized steel coils, the galvanized coil has been coated with paint, and this kind of products can be used in roofing sheets, roofing tiles and walls and many other places. Except the parameters that have been provided above (please refer to the section of galvanized steel coils for this), other very important parameters of pre-painted steel coils are also needed. 

The normal thickness of our paint is top: 20-25 microns, bottom: 15-17 microns. The type of paint is PE. The different paint thickness will determine the cost of the coils directly, please note this.
