Packing of corrugated sheets

To avoid breakage during shipping and transportation, a better method of packing the goods is very important. Based on years of experience, SANTIWAY has collected enough methods to pack and load different models of corrugated steel sheets.

1) Safe and economical way to pack the sheets.

To save costs, we have to use the most economical way to pack the corrugated sheets for some common models, but first of all, the safety of the products is very important, so we use the following method to pack the products.

 

       

 

In this way, we use very thick paper as the main packaging material for wrapping the sheets to prevent water, normally 2 to 3 tons per package, and we use a steel strap to wrap the package in twice or 3 times so that the sheets are tight. We use the steel pallet as loading accessories, then we load the sheets into the container and fix the packages with steel wire to make sure the packages are well stable in the container. With this method, the goods are well protected and so is the container. Similarly, the customer can easily unload the goods using normal forklifts.

2) Safer but more expensive method of packing and loading the goods.

For some specially designed products, because of the shape and blocking method, the sheets cannot be packed very close together and cannot bear too much weight, otherwise the sheets will definitely break. Therefore, we use the specially designed steel frame as the main loading platform. Based on our experience in designing steel structures, we designed the following method for loading the corrugated sheets.

First part: The packaging of corrugated sheets.
 

 

We use the plastic film to wrap the 20 to 30 sheets in a package and use the packing strap to tighten the sheets, the plastic film can keep the sheets from moving to avoid scratches on the surface of the sheets, and the packing strap makes the sheets more stable for loading.

Second part: The steel frame for container.

 

 

With this type of packing and loading methods, we can be 100% sure that the goods are protected during transportation and loading.
